Some civil servants in Abia must resist the urge to misuse the monthly media chat with Alex Otti by turning it into a platform for routine administrative complaints. The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Umuahia North on Wednesday successfully conducted its ward congresses across the 12 wards of the local government area, in a peaceful and well-coordinated exercise. The congresses were monitored by Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Guan, Chairman of the Abia State Congress Committee, who led a delegation from the party’s National Working Committee (NWC).
