A prominent stakeholder of the Labour Party in Abia State, Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor “De Ultimate Commander” (Ikenga Gburugburu of Ohafia Ancient Kingdom), has congratulated the newly elected Abia State Chairman of the Labour Party – Mr. Peter Azubuike, the Deputy Chairman – Reverend Andrew, the General Secretary – Chucks Akamadu, the Organising Secretary – Mr. Ben Otti, the Publicity Secretary – Comrade Emenike Iroegbu, alongside other members of the State Working Committee, describing their emergence as a decisive step toward consolidating the party’s growing strength and dominance in the state.
Offor hailed the successful and peaceful conduct of the party’s State Congress held in Umuahia on April 25, 2026, noting that the consensus-driven process underscored a renewed spirit of unity, discipline, and strategic alignment among stakeholders determined to move the party forward.
